Honor-system fair personal use: install AudioHaus on the machines you personally work on. Your key activates offline and is portable across your computers — no machine binding, no activation count.
Permanent
No subscription. Your license covers all updates within the same major version.

End User License Agreement
By downloading AudioHaus you agree to these terms.
Grant of license
AudioHaus is proprietary software by Easby Studios, licensed under the AudioHaus End User License Agreement. Easby Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AudioHaus on the machines you personally work on (honor-system fair use), for personal and commercial creative work. Third-party open-source components are used under their respective licenses (see the NOTICE file shipped with the application). Made with JUCE.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense AudioHaus; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile the application; (c) share your license key; (d) use AudioHaus to build a competing product.
Updates
Your license covers all releases within the same major version. Major-version upgrades may require a paid upgrade. Existing license holders always receive a discount.
Disclaimer & liability
AudioHaus is provided "as is" without warranty. Easby Studios shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
Privacy
AudioHaus operates fully offline. No analytics, telemetry, or audio data leaves your machine. License activation is entirely offline — your key is validated locally by its RSA signature. AudioHaus transmits nothing during activation: no key, no machine identifier, no network call of any kind.
Payments & taxes
Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy as our merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles the transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your receipt and invoice come from LemonSqueezy.
